Xenmark is a browser-based drawing review tool for the side that receives vessel drawings rather than draws them — owner's representatives, newbuild teams, superintendents, technical managers and consultants. Reviewers mark up drawings directly in the browser. No CAD software, no licences for occasional reviewers, no training. Every revision produces a standardised two-document deliverable: a comment plan PDF showing each comment at its marked position on the drawing, and a comment list Excel recording every comment, its status and its response. Closed projects export as a complete archive bundle. Built for review cycles that run in rounds: newbuild drawing approval with a yard, conversion and retrofit packages, refit and docking specifications, and any workflow where owner's comments must stay traceable from first submission to final close-out.
